1. Load out is ONLY Wednesday, July 26, 2017 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MDT per New Mexico State Parks and the Army Corp of Engineers. (The marina, container and scrap lot will have 30 days). Bentley’s will NOT transport any purchases to Amarillo or Albuquerque nor ship anything, therefore if you, a family member or friend can’t pick your purchases up, then please reply and I will remove your bids. 2. Conchas Lake is in the middle of no where. There are no Home Depots, Office Depots, Lowes, Walmart, etc..;D 3. Successful bidders will need to bring boxes and packing material to pack their smalls. 4. Successful bidders will need to bring tools to disconnect, tear down, etc… 5. Successful bidders will need to bring moving dollies, straps, etc… 6. Pay out is on Tuesday if you wish to pay by credit card and allow you time to make arrangements for pickup.
